Sadly no, the males in this game are just like ken dolls. Also The breast slider isn't working for males so gynecomastia sufferers/not-sufferers/fetishists are still missing out on the fun. Finally, I thought CCP was trying to attract females into the game, not more lonely heart club males.

Or is this all a ruse? I have work so I can't check.

This is incorrect, if there was a change, boobs got slightly smaller, not bigger. And the pre-odyssey image is nowhere near max-size anyway so its a bad comparison.
