So I am stocking multiple stations about 35 jumps from jita and items are flying off the shelf to the point where I have to run up to Jita on a daily basis to restock my stations. What do you guys do to help make this a more efficient process? The only thing I can think of is Warehousing large stockpiles and making weekly trips. Also do you guys have a good way to keep track of your inventory? Currently I just compare my order screen to my spreadsheet to see what I need to bring down.

-Thanks

Well you found the answer yourself; you take a larger risk by tying up your isk in assets that was purchased at a date further away than the date they were sold at, as fluctuations happens. But if the margin is solid this is of little concern and a less stressful solution is to buy in bulk in Jita and ship weekly, which also helps you always having items to sell, not leaving the market open for other participants.

Keeping track of items? I've found jEveAssets to be quite handy, check it out. If the number of items is small you don't need a fancy program, a list in the notepad with links on it works too

Multiple stations with the same character or several? Sec status of systems? Your profit margin?

Depending on the answers you could just do it with courier contracts out of Jita, although you may have to hop via the local hub.

Courier contracts from trade hub to trade hub gets picked up fast from what I've seen as freighter pilots like to squeeze in every isk they can as an empty load is lost isk for round trip. Do that and then haul it yourself from that destination. From my limited experience doing this the longest I waited was a few hours after it was picked up.
