Is anyone else finding that their Law Enforcement Security Status Gains are now 0.0000% when destroying pirates?
3 days now I have had this go on. Not sure if this is anything to do with the Concord sec changeover but without this i'm guessing there is no way to increase overall security status normally?

Is this a bug?

I am seeing a lot of 0.0000% here as well in my sec status...
I do have 2 ticks today tho that increased it slightly...but about 15 that do not.

You guys do not even read the patch notes and what are the features of the expansion? Rats do not give you sec status anymore. That is a HINT. No go read the notes and find the new way.

Yeah... it doesn't say that. Closest to what your saying is this:
Odyssey Patch Notes wrote:

Some high security NPCs were providing too much security status on destruction and were easily farmed to repeatedly increase sec status. These NPCs have had their security status bonus adjusted to bring them in line with the effort required to find and destroy them.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

At what point does the patch notes state you get nothing at all. As Ace McFace said the notes state that the sec statuses have been reduced not completely removed...And all im seeing is about 15x 0.0000%

I'll have a look at this. You definitely should be getting a non-zero increase for killing wanted NPCs

Quality posting right there. Could you just point out where in the patch notes it says anything like that? At least do a little bit of research before showing the world your incompetence.

Way to go off-topic folks!
Anyway, back to something useful: As best as I can tell, some NPCs are authored to give a security status increase of 0. These are things like non-pirate mission NPCs, for example.
So these are the entries you are seeing. Prior to Odyssey, these 0 gain entries were filtered out, but that seems to be no longer the case. If you kill something like a pirate NPC that gives you a non-zero bonus, then your sec-status should increase as normal.

So: You're receiving the increases you should be getting as normal, but you're also seeing some logs entries that aren't showing anything useful. Nothing is being lost, except some wasted screen/DB space. I'll get the sec-status log fixed up so that these redundant entries go away in a update next week hopefully.
