My most favoritest character!

I'm not sure how to value her as she has so much good stuff and in a perfect combination.

Superb Jita trader. She is a Tycoon (IV) with 9.01 Caldari State standings and 9.5 Caldari Navy (unmodified). With skills and standings combined she pays a mere 0.21% in broker fees! She also does pretty well in Amarr with 7.5 faction standings.

Excellent researcher/builder. I believe she can invent or reverse engineer and build all T2 and T3 hulls, mods and subs. She has 23mil SP in science and 18 skills there at level 5, including all racial encryption and starship engineering skills.

Awesome hauler. She has solid Freighter and JF skills but her favourite ship is her trusty Blockade Runner. She can also fly a T2 shuttle (speed rigged interceptor) and a cov ops frigate.

Great Manager/CEO. Can anchor a POS in most of Amarr or Caldari space. Lvl 4 POS gunner. Solid planetary management skills.

Other things: Lt Col in Caldari Protectorate. Nice face. Terrible name. 3rd highest isk balance on eveboard.

So, if anyone could give some advice on how to value her I would be very grateful. I will also entertain offers but they would have to be pretty damn high.
