I have just scanned down a Data site(Digital Compound), that turned out to be Pirate Hideout upon warp-in. Does this happened to anyone else? Is i a known bug or something?

Those sites are old - and i mean OLD.

There exist a variety of ladar sites where you could use codebreakers (data analyzer now) to access the contents of cans. In nullsec some of those sites were disguised as radar sites, but they in fact drop the same stuff as other combat ladars. CCP never got around putting those sites in the right group, i guess.
