Anyone got a good setup for forsaken hubs after this patch? Needing something to use before I give up on CCP

try something with drones so you can take out the frigates.

Assuming you were using a naga beforehand?

For something with similar price and functionality, I'd say try a talos. The drones and tracking bonus should help.
