Item and ship hangar missing at dock

Stange issue, not letal but annoying.

My alt on the same client, but not same account, don't have this problem.
This problem occurs since patch or a little before. I don't remember exactly.

I have tested lot of things. Checking or unchecking parameters in inventory, drag dropping from inventory, shift clicking, double clicking but nothing change.

But at least, is it so hard to create an option in the inventory's parameters like "Item and ship hangar allways actives when docking" ?

Edit : After login again... item hangar is now showing up at dock but still no ship hangar visible.
Esoteric...
