What is with these level 4 low reward courier storyline missions???

I just did a level4 storyline mission (Send The Marines.) Got 2.1 standings for Amarr Empire. So sad, after waiting 16 missions for a reward, what a let down!.... & something like 500,000isk reward big deal...

Got another one that I really am not sure on doing... will check comments to see if theres some sort of standings reward... dam research to do a mission thats meant to be reward...?? time waisting...

I say lets make these Storyline missions something worth chasing!...


Fire & Ice... ?? ... Low Reward fighting for a courier mission? whats up with that?

Storylines, like regular missions, come better and worse. Some pay more, some pay less. The only thing important about them (apart from getting implant sometimes) is they give faction standing improvement, sometimes better, sometimes worse but unlike regular mission, they give ANY.

In short, random is random and deal with it.

How much of a reward are you expecting for pressing the "Auto Pilot" key? (In high sec)

Low sec standings gains are marginally better, I.E. they actually move your percentage bar.

Main reason Couriers pay so little is that they were nerfed a LOOOOONG time ago. Some issue with bots farming out a gazillion or so +3 implants... market manipulation by Chinese isk sellers.... bla bla bla...

They are still there, and a way to increase standings and earn isk for hitting auto pilot, or zipping around low sec in a blockade runner....

But yeah, I would say the risk rewards are about right for it. I can dump 1-4 million into an industrial with WCS's and do level IV's zipping around low sec....

Compare that to commiting a BS or TIII to a low sec combat storyline.... hrm....
