I want to keep the cost of the toon as low as possible.

The char does not necessarily have to have gunnery or missile skills BUT if it turns out that no one has a pure tank Tech 3 cruiser pilot I would have to make an exception.

Tank should be as high as possible and I should be able to put T2 modules on to get the best meta 5 tank.

So if someone has some pure tank toons to dump, PLEASE post them.

Def sub at level 5, hull upgardes at level 5, all compensations at level 4 etc.
