They existed?

All I knew was hit jump and it was blip and was there cloaked.

Only other annoyance I ever saw was the warning the gate was busy, otherwise no bars or black screens (and no my rig isn't SLI or Crossfired).

Are that many playing with laptops that this change was needed?

It looks like they ripped off the star-gate franchise with the new jump sequence. Just my opinion..
