Post Odyssey command ships - working as intended?

I was pretty sure I'm all up to speed on the upcoming skill requirement change for CS, even trained CS5 to take advantage of it. I was pretty amazed today to login and see that my Damnation can no longer be flown by me. Apparently, it now requires Information, Armored, Siege, AND Skirmish warfare? A Damnation? Dear CCP, Damnation is, and let me quote "Command Ships Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to armor hitpoints and 3% bonus to effectiveness of Armored Warfare Links per level". Are you sure it requires the other 3 useless skills to level 5? And more importantly, weren't you saying that 'if you can fly it before expansion, you can fly it after'?

Please explain, why yesterday I could fly ALL command ships, but today I can fly NONE?

How did you determine that you can't fly it? You certainly ought to be able to do so. Did you actually try to make it active?

Edit: if you tried to make active and it didn't work, it's a bug. Report it. If you were just looking at the ship requirements from a distance, well, yeah. That's what it says now. Good thing you trained CS already; you don't need those support skills.

So it seems, the ship can be flown, but misleadingly still says I need to train for it? Well this is confusing....

you only need the COMMAND SHIPS skill to fly them. All the other requirements are for INJECTING the FRACCKING SKILLBOOK.
