EVE General Discussion

I had posted about this earlier and thought i had it figured out. I was wrong. I am trying to figure out where I have/ can get sunglasses for my toon. I know it is low level as the oddy roll out just happened. It was said that in my toon customization that their is an accessories section after clothes but their does not seem to be on mine. It just goes Top, outer, lower, feet, then to body mods. I have looked to puchase them but can not find to buy either. Any help would be wonderful!! Thanks in advance.
