CCP, make a sticky post explaining how skill requirements work. I have seen 1 too many (about 20 too many actually) posts from people claiming they can't fly a ship they once could, when the reality is that they still can.

I would like to take it a step further and have all offending posters outfitted with a dunces cap on their forum avatar to warn other players of what to expect...

What other threads? People dont post multiple threads about the same issue in GD. Never happens. Ever.

OK, maybe 35834 times this has happened in GD, but I highly doubt it will happen 35835 times. Highly doubt it.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

There is already a sticky in the skills forum, it's been there for a while. It's got links to the blog and the feedback thread.
