I have a friend, I won't reveal his RL identity here, but in game he's called Alena Makhova

He is a degenerate gambler, who gambles all his money away and it is ruining his life. This cannot continue, I'm afraid he'll turn to crime or worse.

I am here, asking you, no, begging you.... to send him a mail.
What use is that? - You might ask.... I believe mails from any source, coming from Human Beings even in EVE, will help. Give him feedback; peer pressure, and knowing that Humans care for one another might help him break the habit.

At the moment I am just one voice, trying to help him, to stop him gambling, and I am begging you to add your voices to my call.

You should ask The Mittani to do it.

I hear he's really sensitive to people who have RL emotional and/or psychological issues.

I heard about that, he did apologise afterwards though.

I've tried getting to go to forms of gambling such as that, but he doesn't like it when he's not gambling real money.
