i just played eve and strongly got the urge to lay down and close my eyes for a couple of minutes, im worried this is cause of my old age?

I'm guessing the spinning camera. Is there any way to stop it from constantly spinning and moving around?

That's because you're doing it wrong. Eve doesn't start and finish at Jita CNAP 4-4 undock.
