Does station managers need to activate the new offices before they become avaliable in player owned outposts ?

Presuming yes (additional offices from upgrades required this), but OTW to confirm.

Edit:

Apparently they are all open.

The Orca I am sitting in right now in dock shows that my skills aren't high enough to fly it, yet, I am in it, just undocked, and am cruising around the station in a ship I am apparently no longer able to fly. It says I lack ORE Industrial L3, which is absurd. My mining barge is still at L5 though the info pane shows I am missing a prereq of Mining Frigate L3 This is the first time I have ever had troubles with a new release.

Those are the skills you need to train it now. Since you already have the skill injected you do not need to train those skills up to fly the ship.

As for losing skills, yes, please petition that.

Not all blueprints required readjustment. Otherwise the blueprints were changed as appropriate and these changes are live. If you have a specific example can you please provide it?

Thank you for the response. So, where my Orca and mining barges and exhumers are concerned, is there any benefit to training the skills it says I lack even if I am still able to fly them?

Not sure if reported yet but every other time i undock i get pure black space no stars no space gas no stations no ship. i can however still fly around using the overview and i can (and have) complete missions and salvage like this.
when jumping from system to system the black space is removed only to be replaced with the camera locked at point blank on my port side. i have no camera control at all and can't even 'look at' other items in space.. docking and undocking does seem to clear the issue but takes time and slows down the flow of game.

So far though i still rate this as one of my fav expansions. well done all involved.....

you are replying to issues posted after my post that have already been addressed .... is there some reason you ignored my issues??
the issues are still continuing even after a full shutdown and restart.... and playing in the dark is kinda frustrating...

Quick see if you can spot the grammer and spelling mistakes b4 someone else does.. i left them just for you!! :)

Press C
That should fix it.

For whatever reason they changed the default behavior of the camera. Very annoying, along with the undock button placement.

its not that......before the C camera was introduced, they had an occasional bug that when u undocked, your camera always zoomed in to the ship, its that bug which has reappeared.

This is intended.

Please, please reconsider. You have to be able to ignore anoms. Imagine a big system with 40 or 60 anoms (combat and ore sites). What if your job is to keep eye out for new sites? How can you find out that new site has spawned if you can't ignore the existing sites?

I'd like to report a ship scanner & POS Ship Maintanance Array issue.

When you are in a ship and have the probe scanner widow open, you see all the anomalys (just like you should). Now when you switch ships in a POS Ship Maintenance Array, the anomalys are gone. And there is no way to get them back in the probe scanner window.

This is a known issue and we're working on it.

same issue I can see them in space but not on my scanner after reshipping in pos.

also would be better to have the capacility to ignore individual anomalies rather than all or nothing.

Probe system is nice :)

have you tried turning your gfx settings right down to see if that stops the blackness?

This is bad. Please, (again I'm certain) explain what the reasoning is behind losing the ability to ignore anomalies? When scanning for specific things (signatures/ships/etc) in a very "busy" system clearing the unwanted items from the list is extremely useful.

Why would this not be an option? Please give this back. Leave them displayed in space (though the in space view of busy systems is really not good) but allow us to selectively ignore anomalies (especially since y'all went and added more things (gravs) to the list for some unknown and hackneyed reason.

I'm right behind you

"Players having the Destroyers or Battlecruisers skill trained, but with no Racial Frigate or Racial Cruiser skill at least level 3 will have their skill points for both of the skills moved into a the skill point allocation pool."

Doesn't this mean we should get unallocated skill points for BC & dest skills of which we didn't trained racial cru & racial dest skills ?

I got 50000 unallocated skill points, some people got 100000. I guess there is a problem here.

So due to the patch my 10.00 is now raised to 9.99? this is what was meant to happen or are 10.00 standings meant to go down?

Standings are stored in more decimals behind the scene. Your 10.00 standing could have been 9.995 but was being rounded up.

All game mechanics are however looking at whether you have actually reached the value in all decimals. This doesn't change anything besides what value you see in-game.

But... I like it saying 10.00! Is it possible to have it listed as that again by grinding more missions?

My confusion is over the fact that the base standings are still being listed at 10.00 while my modified standings is now 9.99, had it been the other way around I would understand it. This just seems odd to have the Connections skill lower the base standings now.

How do i do a system scan without launching probes like we could do pre-patch? Does the sig list just update the second a new signature appears?

No.

Edit: To clarify, if the skill gives a global bonus or it is explicitly stated to give you a bonus in the description of the ship (such as Mining Barge does for Exhumers) it is still beneficial to train those skills. If the skill only gives a bonus to a specific ship class (as is the case with the Mining Frigate skill), you do not need to train it further if you do not wish to fly mining frigates.

I was thinking this, too, but look carefully. I bolded the odd part.
