What skills should have on an alt?

I'm considering buying a PLEX with the new changes to skill up an alt to haul. But that won't take long. What else might be good on an alt, thats trainable in a month?

and after patch frighter traiing going to take longer so treat ur self :) about 20days longer if iam not mistaken :)
