Freighter bling suggestion.

Give the freighters a fog horn, a means to warn of other ships on collision course or greet/salute fellow space truckers on their long journeys though new eden. Yes i know there is no sound in space, yes i am okay with that.

I suggest a 1 push button with a 30-60 min cooldown (to avoid spamming).
Apply a racial isogen or stront bay to pay for the fog hornt blast.

Fog horn blast effects.

300% bumping resistance for 60 secs. (or 50% per Freighter level bonus)
300% bumping bonus for 60 secs. (or 50% per Freighter level bonus)

You know, half of me wants to laugh at how crazy this is, half of me likes the idea. It'd need to be a high-slot module that can only be fit on a Freighter (and a freighter can only fit that) to make it fit with the rest of the mechanics in Eve, but it's definitely an interesting idea.

You said correctly there is no sound in space. Instead of fog horn, _lights_ are used on aircraft for signalling. And I'm okay with lights like on aircraft today to serve that purpose, but no fog horn.

New Eden is not GFFA where space worms eat spaceships.

Like you said, that ability shouldn't be spammable too. But really, it's only a bonus, so priority of implementing it should be near the bottom.
