No longer able to access character API keys

Not sure if this is something you're still working out after the DDOS, and if so, thank you and keep up the good work!

I can't access character API key management. Anywhere. These links (or any predefined api links of any sort) simply bounce me to the default community index page:

Try https://community.eveonline.com/support/api-key/ You may need to access it from the support menu on https://community.eveonline.com - if you get a redirection error, try again.

Having got that far to verify (and regenerate) my API key, EVEMon is still timing out.
