Wormhole moon mining

Can the moons become mine-able in wormhole space, I dont see why we cannot use this feature as I got a moon and I got a harvester? Whats the reason the devs, do not want us to be able to moon mine. We cant ice harvest, for the purpose that they want us to goto HS, fine I will deal with that but moon harvesting, at least give us the crappy stuff. Im not asking for tech, Im asking for evaporate deposits and hydrocarbons. Something to make it semi fair. For us wormhole players
