Federation Navy Drone Damage Amplifier and Drone Navigation Computer Please

You've given us Officer variants of these
You've expanded the drone ship lineup

Can we please get faction variants of these modules which are currently missing such a variant (for my purposes, I'll treat the Black Eagle Drone link as an acceptable substitute)

Possible add amarr versions as well, but have them be only equivalent to T2 with lower fitting and skill reqs

Yup CCP gave us Officer mods that have dropped what, 3 times in total since they were introduced? I 100% agree there should be Navy variants of the DDA and Nav (since we already have the Omni and DLA). ALL Weapons system upgrades (except Drones) have Navy variants that are superior to the T2 versions.

I also wouldn't be opposed to adding more to the "black eagle" lineup by simply offering a greater selection of rewards to the epic arc.
That would also be an acceptable substitute.

We need navy variations of the rest of the mods as well as rogue drone "faction" mods as well, not to be confused with rogue drone officer mods though.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

I was just going one step at a time.

It seems odd to me they started with officer, and not faction, for introducing these things

It's probably because the Drone Regions suck and are terribad and nobody living there actually likes them.

So, they wanted to give an incentive to go there? for ultra rare Officer drops?

There's plenty of people missioning for Gallente corps, or Amarr ones (since they've substantially increased the Amarr drone lineup, it seems fitting that the Amarr should get some drone mods, although ones that aren't as good as the Fed Navy ones - just as Fed Navy EANMs aren't as good as Amarr EANMs)

Gallente and Amarr LP stores seem to be the proper place to begin introducing such mods (perhaps Shadow serpentis variants as well, but I think the Serpentis ship line up could use a bit more drone space, particularly the Daredevil which has none)

Yeah the Amarr variants could be identical to T2 but lower fitting reqs, while the Gallente versions would be superior to T2 while only slightly lower fitting reqs.

Yes, please add faction versions of these modules!
It's currently a big gaping hole in the supporting module lineup across all the weapon platforms.

Also those officer drone damage modules may need their drop tables tweaked, since as it currently stands, they pretty much don't exist in the game for all intents and purposes. :p


On a slightly different note, I find this perception of "amarr should equate to crappy drones" rather interesting..

Who said that? I've previously (though its been a while) posted that the amarr light-heavy drone lineup needs a buff.

Having amarr drone mods = T2 with lower fitting doesn't mean they are crappy, any more than fed navy EANMs giving the same resist as T2 EANMs = fed has crappy armor
