You had plenty of advance notice. Why didn't you drop what you were doing like the rest of us and train to inject Command Ships before the change?

I have command ships up to 4 already otherwise I wouldn't be flying a nighthawk... did this long before the changes were even announced.. perhaps you should inject the reading skill Roll

mm then there is a problem as I can now fly the caldari and amarr command ships on TQ but can't on the test server..

If you have command ships injected and the racial battle cruisers to level 5 you can use the ship even though it says it will take X days to fly it.
This is occurring because of the new seeded prerequisites that you don't have trained.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Mate, I've had time to train a capital holding toon on every one of my accounts from scratch since the changes were announced 6+ months ago.
Just because you don't pay attention doesnt mean you should get special treatment.
