Bottom left there is a button called "redeem items"
Should be under that.

Try logging into the main website at www.eve-online.com then go to account management.

You'll often have a pop-up there when you have free items. If not, try services -> voucher centre.

If there is nothing to redeem there, and nothing in game as listed above, make a petition and your friendly GM will sort it.

It might take a bit before you are able to redeem them. If they never show, yes, file a petition via F12.
