LATEST NEWS times on launcher are now in 12 hour format.

What is this game time ?
do i just convert to a 12 hour clock or is this my local Time?

I don't know if that's local time or not, but it's just the time the news got posted, not the time the thing will take place, so does it matter?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Sorry just woke up It was something i wanted to see and i thought that was the event time. :)
