WTB UP TOO 45B PVP PVP PVP

Hello fellow space nerd,
I'm looking to get myself a shinny new blow stuff up pilot
I'm going to list the MUST, and if ur toon is no where near them please dont post as i'm pretty set on what i want.

So first GUNS. must have good kill stuff skill. would like both gunnery and missile skills
Must have good defence skills, as not getting blown up is i'm important, well so i have herd
Would love high carrier skills or dread, really would like black ops and marauder
Dont love one race ships over another so yeah dont mind that

As little wasted SP as it can be, i dont want to mine, and really 20m sp out of 100m wasted is too much
And on SP, i dont have a set number, i want to get the right toon, not the largest skill points.

I have up too 45b too spend. maybe. and a big maybe more for the right toon, i would not mind spending less though.
So have at it :)
