Can someone tell me or point me in a direction on how to get AA to work with Eve Online?

Make sure that Anti Aliasing is enabled in the Catalyst Control Center.

The best way to reset the CCC's settings is to start it up, go the "Gaming" section, select "3D application settins" and press the "Defaults" button at the bottom. Start EVE and enable AA.
