This system has two dead towers. Minimal activity over the last 4 days. I have scouted this wormhole in the past, and the most recent resident's towers are not here (i.e. they picked up and moved out).

Current Local Signatures:
1x mid-grade grav
1x radar
2x local anomalies

ALL POCOs are owned by the previous residents, and taxed at 5% to neutrals.

Pros:
- C3 static makes for GREAT PVE activity for solo/small gang
- High-sec static makes for easy logistics
- Plenty of moons to spread out despite 4 planets
- Fairly Small system, easy to scan.
- Despite 4 planets, there is the Barren, Lava, Gas holy trinity for PI.

Cons:
- Only 4 planets so somewhat limited PI potential (enough to fuel, but not enough to run a standard 5-6 planet chain).
- POCOs will need to be bashed to open up 0% tax rate with your own POCOs.




Method of Transfer: I prefer 50-50 Deals (I have lots of references look through my post history or ask me to supply the posts via link). You pay half up front, I contract you the full set of bookmarks, you check out the system, and then pay the rest before you plant your tower.

I am always willing to work with a 3rd party transfer service if you are not in a hurry and will pay their fee, but be aware this takes additional time. My preferred 3rd party is Chribba.
