Something happened 15 minutes ago, my client crashed then the launcher.. When I was able to relog, a message appeared on the screen that indicated Eve Tranq. had an emergency reboot.

Why is there problems with a single-sign-on (that is not working btw) a handful of days prior to a major expansion?

BTW, GG, the launcher says: "SERVER: TRANQUILITY (VIP)" and even though it lets us log on, we can't get to the game. Guess we aren't VIPs :(

The Tranquility cluster has been taken offline as of 11:45 UTC in order to enable us to address several issues that have occurred this morning.

We currently have no ETA for the server to be brought back online, however we will update this forum thread as soon as more information becomes available.

We apologize for this unexpected downtime, and any inconvenience it may cause.
