Dread Guristas Antimatter Ammo

So In the last month I've collected over 55 batches of Dread Guristas Hybrid Ammo.

However, only one of those has been antimatter (the only hybrid ammo that doesn't suck).

Has CCP purposely nerfed the drop rate of the "good" ammo or have I just been very unlucky?

Anyone else have any experience with this?

Its exactly the same for guardian and shadow ammunition.

run 10/10. they drop that **** & overseer effects instead of modules way too much.
