If you're talking about the Power of Two promotion, it's a separate offer which cannot be used with any other new account offer. You must sign the new account up under the Power of Two promotion.

Also you probably must have paying account to use this offer, since it is meant for those who want to get 2nd paying account.

Mara Rinn and malaire are correct: to take advantage of this offer (which allows you to create an additional account and receive 180 days of game time there for 49,95 or 3 PLEX), you have to have an active paid account.
