WTB Main PVP pilot budget 40b++++

Looking to buy a main, very little if any wasted SP

PVP and i mean pvp,
Drones: Around the 10m or higher
Electronics: med importance
Engineering: High importance
Gunnery: MIN 16-17m Would perf above 20m
Industry: Gas cloud max would be nice, Not a sticking point
Leadership: would like some skills, Not low importance
Mechanics : Med importance
Missile Launcher Operation: around 10m or higher would be nice, Med importance, NO skill will need to be made up with somewhere else.
Navigation: Med important's
Science: Med importance
Social: low importance
Spaceship Command: High importance, Dread or carrier, if so to have siege, Black ops
Don't have a race in mind

Please show me what you have and we will go from there.
I don't have SP in mind, so if the toon fits the above SP are not important.

she can fly a hulk but remember, the hulk is the strongest of them all.

Yea im not sure yours is worth much over 40b, and as i said PVP, i did write in add 40 +, 6,815,175 skillpoints.Gunnery and Missile Launcher Operation about
the same is not what i would call pvp

2. I didn't ask you to evaluate my character.
3. You obviously don't know the importance of support skill (like 11,401,098 skillpoints in Engineering and 9,728,000 in Navigation.
4. If you think there's a perfect pilot out there with over 100m SP's with NONE wasted SP's (in your opinion) you really need to reevaluate your level of expertise.

well stating i could not afford your alt i found a bit rude, the fact is yes it has some nice SP spent in great places, but please dont come back and say sorry did not know u only has 40b budget , ur alt is not worth that, and with 12m sp in weapons, it really dose not fit what i have asked for.
