Like the title says, I'm looking for a recruiter.

I'll be paying a payment once the job is started, and then pay for each members that joins.
Once the job is finished, final payment will be made.

It might be a good idea to line up how much ISK you would pay per recruitment, and outline any other payment details. Also, doing a "final payment at the end" is only going to snag the most gullible Eve players, ie: the ones who won't make good recruiters. You need only look at Jita local to see what I mean.
