The fact that you guys don't already have the other trade hubs on dedicated hardware is laughable. Dodixie and Amarr especially so.

Then please enlighten us with the specifics of your server pron as relates to this specific issue, and how you have our backs in terms of resource allocation.

I just found the pair of replies rather delicious, since you were guessing at the status of Dodixie on the cluster as a foundation of your earlier argument.

In any case, Amarr likely should be on its own node, but the loadbalancer isn't doing that right now. We'll likely need to correct that.

Fair enough, and I (very much) appreciate your candor even if my derision is not necessarily fully on target. If I am incorrect in my assessment, I fully entertain being corrected by someone in authority who can provide specific details.

A link to that devblog from, 2008 was it, that described TQ's architecture might help.

We might need to give the load balancer some *subtle hints* if this continues. I'll keep an eye on it.

Everyone is starting to realise that Amarr is the place where the cool kids hang out!

We have been waiting for this day. With the possibility of Amarr being moved to its own little blade, Amarr now counts as a trade hub. It gives me warm fuzzies.

At the time of the TiDi it would have appeared that an alliance staging point in aridia was on the same node as amarr and that's likely gonna cause problems (fleet undocks always generates TiDi)

You know you've "arrived" as a trade hub when local starts to fill with scammers. Lol

Jita at least occasionnally overflows and some of the scammers get sent to neighbouring systems. And then some have started to migrate and come spam nearby systems with a high amount of players in them.

Why do you highseccers gotta complain about time dilation at 82%? It is not uncommon that we nullseccers experience it at 30% or lower.

you have chosen 0.0 sec blobs and TiDi
highseccers have chosen high-sec and no lags

this is the difference

the gas clouds around station contribute to this and causes TIDI at lower pop #'s than Jita

Does this mean we will soon see a "Burn Amarr" ? Cool

As I see it in terms of business and commerce, Jita = New York, Dodixie = Hong Kong, Amarr = London.

Which means that in New York we have TiDi, in Dodixie we have TaDa, in London we have ToDo.

Look, it's being a long day, I'm still at the office and my brain is fried.

...yes, yes it is. Blob fights like that don't occur daily, and then nullseccers live in systems that barely hit more than 10 people at a time.
