As the title reads, I'm looking to buy a skirmish Loki booster.

Requirements:
-Ability to fit/fly a proper Loki booster (T1 links acceptable if price reflects value)
-Probing skills (nothing excessive, supports to 4)
-Ability to use covert ops cloak

Please post/mail me your eveboard with the character and the price your willing to sell it at.

Hmm I was more looking for a Loki booster, although I COULD train this to do what I want quite quickly, I'm not willing to spend the money on a 28m SP toon when what I need is only about 8m SP.

So I'll make a lowball offer at 3B and thank you for the bump. Lol
