Post odyssey, cruise boats for incursions?

Incursions have recently caught my attention, as i grow bored with solo level 4s. I've began reading up on incursions, much to my dismay, that the communities that form the groups aren't very accepting of ravens etc. Do you guys think this stigma will change come odyssey?

the raven wasnt rejected cause of it's damage (what's being buffed in odyssey) it was rejected because missiles take time to reach their target and thus when 2 fleets compete for a site the one with missile users will generally lose because the rats are dead by the time the missiles reach.

With cruise velocity being increased, 4700m/s, up from 3750m/s, will that not help?

Guns are instant, even with the significant missile velocity buff, it's still miles away from gun dps.

It may help the rattlesnake as it is already accepted as an anchor/tank for larger groups.

Other then that It might help a few CNR or SNI get into larger groups as well.

For VG's I think it will be close to useless.

While the Rattlesnake can be a good anchor I rarely see them anymore as FCs prefer a gunboat anchor for the instant damage.

The velocity on the raven goes over 10km/s actually.
