Camera rotation in stations

I've seen a couple EVE videos where the camera can be rotated around your ship while in the station. How do you enable that? If I disable the station environment to get rid of the walking around my camera is locked to my ship and I can't rotate or move it.

I'm fairly sure you don't want to disable load station environment, but you want to click that button on the right by the station services that says enter hangar.

Once you start spinning your ship eventually a little counter shows up at the bottom, so you can try and get a new record Lol
