1) There are multiple ways of evading the sort of station games the OP wants to trap its targets in. Use of hauler alts, commercial freight lines, or simple clone-jumping are three that come right off the top of the head. Should clone jumps be banned while you're in a wardec as well? Because otherwise, your targets could zap out from Jita to Yulai or Old Man's Star or the fbeeping Outer Ring.

2) The mechanic the OP is decrying is, fundamentally, the only realistic alternative to not allowing some people to log into EVE at all during heavy traffic times in Jita. Freak disconnects happen, after all. Routinely. And a predator corporation's desire to trap its targets can't take priority over the danger of overloading and crashing the primary market hub in the game

Pretty much this!

Also, get a scout and go chase them down! It's not like their teleported to Amarr, there in a system next door for crying out loud!

Well then melvin you still get no targets to shoot at if this is diabled and jita is at capacity then they wouldnt even be able to log in Oops THINK ABOUT IT

haha...

Some PVP corps today.

It's not an exploit. Posting with alt should be considered an exploit.

You all are missing the point. This loop hole for evading war needs to be fixed as soon as possible. We do not have the man power to cover all the alternate systems, much less all the stations in them as well.

Why don't you stop whining and propose a solution?

I already said what the solution to close this exploit loop hole is. If you are at war, the option to choose another system on log in is disabled. Idea

So your solution to them being able to pick one of the many systems you are not covering, thereby making it impossible for you to attack them, is to prevent them logging on at all so that you ..... uhm ....... ehmmmm wait a second here ....... cant attack them at all ?
Is there a hole in your solution dya think ? ROFL

Im still rather new to Eve. Yet I've seen a huge amount of complaints regarding punishing those who would exploit or terrorize the do gooders. If CCP themselves are busy measuring office furniture for the odyssey expansion. Why not form a corp and call it the Inquisition. I mean really. Why have them do the work. It seems like a free enough society were the community has to make a cumulative fist and swing it at somebody. And does concord ever enter a station? Has anyone ever been tazzed and beaten in the ship hangar?

OK, since I am an alt, and speak fluent alt-ease, perhaps I can translate the OP.

"Me and my two friends from junior high school spent a long time talking mom into letting us use her credit card to buy enough PLEX so we could shop on the character bazaar. We didn't have real skills, and needed to buy a toon that could fly a Ganknado. We wardecked a small corp that was mainly trade station alts and a couple PVE toons. Now we find that they are never in Jita space, so it is apparent they are always using a system that is only active about 10% of the time. We are also unable to use locator agents so it is impossible to find where they are doing their PVE that we so desperately want to gank. Although we have heard something called jumper clothes that let people log in and automatically move to another system, this can't possibly be the same. To make my point I am going to use a very bad word my mom said to never use.

If someone is at war they should be forced to undock into our insta-lock station camp so we can get the real PVP we spent all this money to enjoy. CCP should immediately remove a vital technical design because it doesn't allow us to have the awesome and brave PVP experience."

Its not called PvP in Jita its called Duck shooting, it requires neither skills nor intelligence as obvious from the people that do it Twisted

Because his targets cant undock Vindicators in Jita (such a rare ship cant even be purchased there, right?), they cant use a little fleet of guardian alts, his targets most definitely wont have a neutral ogb alt, and so on... Roll

Sometimes it feels that people like you want to convince themselves how there are only ships for "griefers" and t1 industrials on highsec markets.

It occurs to me that there's a strategic flaw in a plan that is absolutely dependent on the predators' targets being bottled up in the Jita trade hub with no way to leave except to undock under the predators' guns. Namely: there's more than one way out. (See above re: clone jumping etc.)

Also, the predators should not be surprised when their targets look for ways to screw up the predators' plans. The targets are not red crosses that will obligingly line up and behave predictably for the enjoyment of the predators; they will be looking for any means at their disposal to frustrate the predators.

Sitting on an undock and docking up at the first sign of actual danger is kinda setting the bar rather low for "PvP" isn't it?
