I understand fully. Based on the 100,000,000 isk per million skill points, 500 mill is an extremely generous offer for a pilot with less then 900,000 sp

There was no joke intended, there was an actual offer made. The extra isk offered per the amount of skill points that you have, is the balance for the toon simply being made and forgotten about after then first 30 days of creation.

So again, my offer is 500,000,000 Isk.
