I'm having the same issue.
Change your shader levels to medium.

Medium shaders fixed it, but i'd like to run with all settings maxed if possible (beautiful pixels)

Specs on the computer:

Nvidia GTX 680
Intel i7-2600 CPU
16gb ram
windows 7 home premium
Newest Nvidia Drivers
Avalon Ranger
Heavy Elements Inc.

The issue is caused by the new Nvidia v320 drivers.

Either turn shaders to medium or rollback to a previous version of the graphics drivers.

If you would actually bother to read something, other than the 'I AM SUPER IMPORTANT' message in the mirror ..

you would have seen that all 4 linked posts are about your stupid topic
that at least 2 of those linked posts tells you exactly HOW TO REMOVE THE TEAL TINT

that 1 of the linked posts, states the reasons why this occurs
that the reason is not CCP's fault
that the reason is due to NEW DISPLAY DRIVERS

did CCP release those new display drivers ?? because your original statement seem to suggest that that is exactly what you think .. clearly thinking is something you have done very little of over with your post.
