I'd like to introduce you my new video Reclaim before the Odyssey Patch. In this video, I would like to show you how I have been adapting to this patch from new mod, skill, and ship rebalance. I used Loki booster to support our ships in this video, (x2 skirmish 1 information) but I hope you enjoy it anyway. Any constructive criticism and comments are welcome, and always Fly Vicious!

Didnt really like it tbh, the legion fit wasnt great and the death was unneccesary, the mach footage was a bit boring (was pretty standard no risk kiting), the cracal/drake thing was way to standard and riskless aswell (and your poistioning in the end /o\) . The zealot fight was just plain daft in the end.

Dont misunderstand me, not bad piloting at all, just nothing worth of a video imo.

Oh, and either your link alts skills suck or you overheating point management skills do.

pretty much this exactly.

ur nano mach/rapier/cyna group + links v that cruiser gang just seemed like complete overkill, The zealot fight just seemed to be u killing a poorly fit cyclone while it couldnt even hit u, followed by a failure to tackle the oracle that actually could. The legion death just completely confused me :)


that being said, people flying things other then frigates = +1 for me

I have to agree - if you have 2x machariel with very solid support - its either engage something that exceeds a normal overview (w/ large amounts of fast tackle), or have some very threatening opposing ships on field (any 2 of 3 - falcon rapier/huginn scimitar, curse as an honorary 4th) to make for an interesting fight imo

The zealot footage is okay ~

Zealot fight: i believe it could of bin better if i killed the oracle and mabie the cyclone too but i took the safe rote and wapred off, due to the low charges on the aar


Legion fight: it added a background story.

Macherial fight: would of liked to fight when they had better **** but they didnt undock in better stuff till near the end when my hhd was full and not like we could of broke the 2 archon reps while the nag is shooting us.


Drake/ caracal: i had fun on it and yes my position was bad...



but all and all i had fun. and got to test out the aar's i will be more leet next time :p

Please stop acting like you are pro or something, and I dont remember you ever posting any videos of your PRO EVE PVP skills on this thread, or should I go to TeamL's website and watch your pro videos of other games.
And Anz, before telling people that their videos suck, you should look at your own. You have stacked links and usually outnumber people. Come on now.
Give the man some credit, J good job it helps watching some videos while doing networking diagnostics.

I didnt tell him is vid was bad, I was giving him some constructive criticism, he responded with his own thoughts, it was really quite cordial. I eve n+1ed him. its to help people get better. most submissions to these forums have much of this.

Furthermore, i dont think 1 fight in any of my videos has me using "stacked" links, or tbh me blobbing anything (sept maybe that carrier fight, which really doesnt count)

Thirdly i would like to point out that your a little queef posting with an unaffiliated alt for some sort of fear of backlash for some unknown reason. get a life. lets get back to real comments now.

Confirming that you have to post a pvp video to be good at eve pvp.

to elaborate, I think a "good fight" to put in a pvp video requires a situation where there is a very real chance of ship loss. Short of the machariel intentionally clicking approach on the cruiser blob, I don't really see a point beyond the initial SFI scram where the pilot is in a bad spot. Even then there's a linked rapier, a very powerful piece of anti-support, webbing down the SFI.

nothing wrong with having a well-comped fleet that works together well, but sometimes it doesn't lend itself to great video content.
