is this still applicable Skill Reimbursement? Because that will be sexyCool

Evemon says it can't contact the server nor is the API working.

I had an "offline" launcher, but now (about 20 mins later) it's working again.

Two different ISPs, but I can connect to the fora via the back door via Comcast, so I don't think it's *just* them.

Indeed. Though I've noticed the flakiness on the forums for the last day or so. Dust and the forums there seem to be having similar issues.
