Out of Game Events and Gatherings

Hello everyone!


After preparing very hard in the shadows for the last few months for the next EVE Summerfest this year in Greece we want to move to the next phase. For those unfamiliar with the EVE Summerfest, we invite you to have some background information about Summerfest 2012


To properly prepare for EVE Summerfest 2013 we ask you for your feedback, please read on!


We would like you to tell us if you are going to participate. We need to know this to determine the size and type of Venue we need to book and to know how many developers we need to ask from CCP to support us this year.

Last year we had CCP Guard and CCP Tallest with us on the awesome Summerfest 2012 and we hope to get more if you help us muster a bigger number of visitors.


The event will take place in Athens, Greece, at a central venue-stage near as possible to the Acropolis.
The event will take place at August 30-31 and September 1st from Friday to Sunday. Plans to have additional trailing side events depending on requests are in schedule too.


Ticket price: Around 25 Euros.
Activities planned: Presentations, Alliance panels, Pub crawl, Summerfest party, Poker Tournament, Go cart, Paintball tournament, scenic walks, guided tours, shopping roams, Alliance panel. More will be added depending on participation.


To proceed we would like to hear your feedback about this, your intention to come and some morale boosting since I (Martin) have already spend over 1100 hours to make this dream become again reality.


This is a poll. We will consider the next weekend (1-2nd June) the ending of this poll. If the numbers justify continuation we will open official to allow you to book early with great prices and benefits for doing so. . So send us a mail at: EVEDUSTSUMMERFEST@gmail.com


PLEASE NOTE: Do not express only the WISH to participate. Just mention that:

1: You are coming
2: How many will join you
3: If you wish to participate on Go-Kart event (Optional 50 Euros)
4: If you wish to participate on Paintball Tournament versus or aside to the Devs. (Optional 30-35 Euros)

It's a bit early to say if I'll have any more people with me though and I ll pass on the GoKart and Paintball

That's like 10 minutes from my house I am so in.

Θέλω να σας παρακαλέσω από τα βάθη της καρδιάς μου να μας υποστηρίξετε. Έχει ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΑ σημασία να φέρετε μέχρι το τέλος της άλλης εβδομάδος όσο γίνεται περισσότερο κόσμο να δηλώσει πως θα έρθει. Μιλήστε και με φίλους σας που δεν παίζουν EVE αλλά παίζουν παιχνίδια γενικά.

Όσο και να τρέξουμε ακόμα η μπάλα πλέον είναι στην περιοχή σας. Παρακαλώ βοηθήστε μας.

I will be there too...

Last year we had great time with CCP Guard and CCP Tallest. This year the event will be in the heart of Athens in August so I guess the participation will be much larger. I am looking forward to meet as many EVE players from other countries as possible. EVE has no borders, no limits, it is just a great community.

So warp to Athens and bring as much firepower as possible!

"I was there" last year and it was a blast! It was great to meet Guard, Tallest and all the other eve players in such a nice setting on the beach.

This year sounds even better with all the entertainment only a capital city could provide :D

I will be there also, and bring 3 more participants.

Really looking forward to meet fellow players in the beautiful area around Acropolis!
