Where did the option to customize my eyes go?

Remember back when the CC came out, and you could change your eye colour at will?

What happened to that?

I've been gone for a while and when I got back my eye colour sickened me, but when I tried to change it there was just a big old X where the eye options used to be.

Tell me true, CCP. Did you ninja-remove eye customization?

I spent 2 minutes, because back when CC came out, CARBON made my GPU cry :(

all my alts sine then though clock in at around 10-15 minutes.
