60M+ sp player looking to join a TEST alliance corp.

What I have:

1. Main character(Zanarkand) created in late 2005, but I have had many breaks from EVE, thus having relatively little SP for an old account. Besides a few months in alliances like TRI and Band of Brothers, I have been mostly member of a corporation named Enterprise Estonia. I am pretty sure I was a director in .EE at one point.
2. 3 alts(1 good Gallente capital alt, 2 + low SP scout alts).
3. 10B+ liquid isk, ~20B assets.
4. I have a decent pvp kb record. KB link

However, there is a red flag, mainly that .EE is a current member of NC., and NC. is attacking TEST. Obviously this creates a conflict of interest, but a few points to my defense:

1. I haven't been a member of .EE for 5 months(EVE break).
2. I am pretty sure NC. has enough spies in TEST and vice versa.

My main motivation is ... farming... in delve and fountain, but I don't have a problem keeping a pvp alt in CTA system.

ps. don't bother with "send isk and i accept". I don't have a problem with end of month corp taxes or anything like that.
