There is no question that CCP has produced an incredible number of absolute hits as far as their music scores go (Below the Asteroids anyone?). But then again, the players have outdone themselves in their own music parodies.

What are your favorite EVE Parodies/original EVE-related music?

Personally, my top three have to be :

AlienHand's Above the Asteroids

Suas' Little Bees

Those two are fairly obvious. My Number 3, however, is a little bit different.

Planet Risk's Opening Theme

Maybe it's because I love Wormspace. Maybe it's because I love Farscape. Maybe it's both. Whatever, I love it.

Little bees is a good one...

How to Stay Aligned is good as well. Most of the Eve videos I like aren't player made music (or parodies) though.

Definitely Little Bees, the Goonswarm newbee anthem.

"Jita's on Fire" is also pretty good.

I like Red Glowing Dust, all the rest are ok to meh.
