So my bank will not pay for eve unless i call and authorize the payment. I live in the US and have had this issue before but they would just call me and make sure that the monthly sub charge was authorized by me and it would all be good. Now both of my accounts where deactivated and i couldnt even sign back up because my card would not allow payment. I called my bank and they took the block off and i reactivated one account then it wouldnt let me do the second. I have to call them back again and have the block taken off so i can get my other account rolling. I asked them if they could just make a note or something so this wouldnt happen again but they said they cant and its for my own saftey (witch i agree with). So this means that from here on out my accounts will go inactive every month when my sub is up and ill have to call in and talk to someone. Is anyone else haveing this problem?

Are you seriously paying for Eve 1 month at a time?

You know if saves you loads if you go 6months, even 3.

Do you think you won't be playing your crack addiction in 12months? If you will, just pay for 12.

When CCP attempted to seek payment using the credit card that I have been using for many years of playing EVE it was declined. I attempted to manual renew via the account management web page, again declined.

When I spoke with customer service at my bank, it was due I am in the US and CCP is not based in the US. It seems now that when you attempt to do business with a non US based company you will have to call the bank to authorize the transaction. This is in part due the large amount of credit card fraud worldwide. This should not be an issue for those players based in the EU.

Not all US based banks are flagging such transactions, but mine does not have any branches outside the US.
On further digging due the same credit card was used back in February, was after that date CCP changed the country code from Great Britain to Iceland. Why it would work when the country code was Great Britain that is not known.

You could setup a paypal account and link your card/account to it...then have the account automatically renew through there.

Or -

You could get a prepaid card (Western Union is a very good one) and transfer money for your eve to it.

Either way solves your issues since both companies are in the USA.

Good luck!
