Looking for a character that can fly a Hulk.

Will not pay for useless SP.
Skills for drones, shield/engi/electronics are fine. This is for an alt.

Budget is 2bil.

Given the fact I can make an alt account, get a plex out of it, and wait 35-40 days with a cerebral booster to be in a hulk the sell price of these pilots is stupidly high.
