Just had a thought ( not too in-depth ) about these little puppies.

Not sure if it would be a little OP. So lets take a look at what carriers are used for

#1 PVE - carriers are ok for running null sec anoms very lazily an increase in DPS with tech 2 fighters would probably mean outshining boats like the tengu.

# PVP - Fleet Logistics - Dedicated logistics boats for cap and sub cap fleets and additional DPS to the fleet via fighters.

Apart from the PVE side i can see tech 2 fighters being far too expensive to field, Unless they are priced right. Maybe at the same price of the fighter bombers around 30-35 mill each.

Brief summary of an idea not to in-depth but would like to hear thoughts on it.

Your about as much use as a condom dispenser in the Vatican.

i dont know of anyone who uses fighters in anoms.

sentries...

i think fighters need something done or they will go the way of the dodo bird.

personally i'd say that fighters themselves aren't really the issue. currently they are underused because it just makes more sense for a carrier to use sentries.

a fairly obvious change that would resolve that would be to switch the drone day into a fighter bay. and have a separate smaller drone bay so you couldn't sit there with hundreds of flights of sentries.

I usually assign my fighters to a friend doing Anoms

but yea i don't think it would be terribly game breaking or anything like that but it just seems they need a bit of a boost
