Hello guys i am kinda a new player (almost 5m sp) and mostly doing level 4 missions on a dominix

Sometimes i do want to pvp so considering the fact that i have mosly trained drones , armor tanking and gallente ships could you help me fitting some decent frigates-destroyers ? i have also t2 small hybrid turrets

Incursus, Tristan, Catalyst, Algos all sound like decent choices.

Before going on to the fits, where and how do you plan on pvping? Highsec, lowsec, nullsec, WH? Solo, smallgang, blobbing?

Why not railguns over blasters? Range gives me a headache against destro and frigates :(

Not enough cpu for rails, your main damage is drones anyway.

If you wish a railgun platform for smallgang lowsec stuff, take the Catalyst.
I don't have EFT on the computer I'm at at the moment, but 8x small rails, MWD, point, and whatever armortank you can fit in the lows (I don't think a 400mm plate will squeeze in, but a 200mm should) should be enough.

Could u explain me though why fitting blasters over railguns on an Algos cause switching to catalyst makes me lose my drone dps :(

Its just a preference thing, both have their strengths, you can go for rails on an Algos which will help you against scram-range kiters and long point kiters without TDs but you lose dps and tracking so if you're fighting at point blank range the blaster fit will be better. I'd go for go for rails personally as the Algos isn't the best at dictating range.
