Rigging a ship you can't yet pilot

Hi my fellow capsuleers. I was wondering if it's possible to fit a ship with rigs even if you can't pilot it? Say a carrier I just built, but can't pilot, that needs rigs to then be sold?

You have to be able to pilot it to rig it afaik.

In case it wasn't blatantly obvious, Nalha will just still the ship and rigs from you if you try that. Don't do it.
